1. Operator and scope
Limitless is operated and owned by Beyond IQ, trading as Limitless, Neuweg 330, 1215 JH Hilversum, the Netherlands, KVK 77754581, VAT ID NL003237675B89. Limitless is a business-to-business programme supplied to schools. These terms apply to school licences, implementation support, teacher training, digital-platform access and direct programme delivery. A signed school, programme or licence agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.
2. School licences and collaboration
A school receives only the programme access, licence term, cohort scope, training and support stated in its quotation or agreement. Unless expressly agreed, the school does not acquire ownership of the curriculum, materials, model, educational framework or software. The school must appoint a contact, provide accurate cohort and implementation information, maintain appropriate student supervision and safeguarding, and ensure that only authorised staff and enrolled students receive access.
3. School responsibility, student participation and direct parent payment
The participating school is the educational and practical programme partner and is normally the contracting and paying party. The school is responsible for selecting or approving participating students, attendance and school-time arrangements, student behaviour and participation expectations, communication with families and teachers, relevant internal procedures, and coordination of safeguarding and student-support matters with Beyond IQ.
Where Beyond IQ and the school agree in writing before enrolment that parents or guardians will pay Beyond IQ directly, the parent or guardian becomes responsible for the agreed fee for their child’s place. This payment arrangement does not transfer the school’s educational or practical responsibilities to the parent or to Beyond IQ. The school remains responsible for the matters listed above, including behaviour, attendance, school permission, internal communication and safeguarding coordination. The school is not responsible for an unpaid parent invoice unless it separately agrees in writing to fund, guarantee or contribute to that place. Parent/guardian consent for participation, media use or other optional processing remains separate from both the school’s educational approval and the payment arrangement.
4. Enrolment, suitability and minimum numbers
A place is confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of the required payment or payment-plan confirmation. Limitless supports gifted and high-potential students but is not a clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic service. We may request a discussion with the family and school to ensure the programme can reasonably support the student. If a location or cohort depends on a stated minimum number, this will be disclosed before purchase. If the minimum is not reached, we may offer another location/date or refund amounts paid for the unavailable programme.
5. Programme delivery
The programme may include challenge, creativity, autonomy, collaboration, metacognition, Awareness & Growth, guest speakers and project-based learning. Reasonable changes may be made to dates, speakers, sequence, location, facilitator or delivery format while preserving the programme’s essential purpose. Attendance, engagement and respectful behaviour are expected. Where concerns arise, Beyond IQ may agree a support plan with the parent and school. Serious or persistent safety or behaviour concerns may lead to suspension or termination after reasonable consideration; refund rights depend on the circumstances and mandatory law.
6. Fees and payment
The quotation or agreement states the annual programme fee, VAT treatment and inclusions. Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, the responsible payer pays 30% of the total fee in advance upon confirmation of the programme, 50% of the total fee three months after the programme start date, and the remaining 20% six months after the programme start date. The responsible payer is the school unless direct parent payment was agreed in writing with the school before enrolment. This schedule is a payment arrangement for one programme commitment, not a monthly subscription. The responsible payer remains liable for all instalments when due, subject to the agreed cancellation provisions. Late payments may incur the interest and reasonable collection costs permitted by the rules applicable to that payer.
6.1 Mid-year school enrolment and pro-rata licence fee
A school that joins Limitless after the annual programme period has started pays a pro-rata licence fee based on the number of complete programme months remaining. Unless the quotation states another method, the calculation is: annual licence fee ÷ total number of programme months × number of programme months remaining. The quotation will identify the access start date, remaining period and resulting licence fee.
Example: if the annual licence fee is €2,000 for a ten-month programme year and a school joins when six programme months remain, the licence fee is €2,000 ÷ 10 × 6 = €1,200. Teacher training, travel, accommodation, physical materials and any separately priced services are not automatically reduced pro rata and remain payable as stated in the quotation.
6.2 What the programme fee includes and excludes
The annual fee includes only the Limitless programme licence and two teacher-training sessions during the academic year, together with the curriculum, digital programme access, surveys, guest-speaker access, project tools and other resources expressly described as part of that licence in the quotation or programme specification. No other goods or services are included unless Beyond IQ confirms them in writing.
The school is responsible for purchasing, providing and paying for all physical materials and implementation resources required to deliver the programme. This includes printing and photocopying, paper, stationery, craft or construction materials, thinking-game components, books, display materials, classroom equipment, computers or tablets, internet access, rooms and facilities, and any other consumable or physical resource referred to in a lesson or activity. Beyond IQ may suggest materials or suppliers but does not purchase, print, deliver or reimburse them.
Travel, parking, meals, accommodation, venue hire, additional training, additional staff support, bespoke curriculum work, extra software licences and other services outside the stated licence and two annual teacher-training sessions are excluded and are charged only where separately quoted and agreed in writing. If training is delivered in person outside the Netherlands or requires travel or an overnight stay, the school pays the agreed travel and accommodation costs in addition to the programme fee.
7. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
The school agreement is business-to-business, so the statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal period does not apply to the school. Where direct parent payment was agreed with the school, the parent’s payment contract is a consumer contract and the parent receives any mandatory withdrawal information and rights that apply to that direct purchase. The parent payment arrangement does not alter the school’s educational and practical responsibilities. School cancellations are governed by the signed agreement, quotation and School Cancellation and Payment Policy. If Limitless cancels a programme and cannot offer a reasonable equivalent, affected fees are refunded or credited. No party is responsible for indirect travel or accommodation loss unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are personal to the assigned user. Login details may not be shared. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or download the platform in bulk, introduce harmful code, identify another student publicly, or upload unlawful, infringing, discriminatory or unsafe content. Beyond IQ may moderate, restrict or remove content and suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or programme integrity. A school or parent should contact Beyond IQ promptly about safeguarding or access concerns.
9. Intellectual property and licence restrictions
All Limitless lesson plans, slides, challenges, thinking games, routines, Awareness & Growth materials, monthly themes, project structures, student materials, teacher guidance, surveys, templates, software, programme frameworks and delivery models remain the sole intellectual property of Beyond IQ or its licensors. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for the named users, cohort, site and licence period only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified, translated, distributed, published, digitised, uploaded to external/shared databases, shared across campuses or organisations, resold, used to train an AI system, or used to create or deliver a similar internal or external programme without prior written permission. At the end of the licence, use must stop and copies/access must be deleted or returned, except for legally required archival copies, which may not be reused for teaching or programme development.
10. Student work, media and confidentiality
Students retain rights in their original work, while granting Beyond IQ the limited rights needed to host, review and display it within the agreed service. Public use of identifiable student work, images, video, audio or interviews requires the relevant specific consent. Both Beyond IQ and participating schools must protect confidential student, family and school information. Media consent is voluntary and separate from participation wherever practicable, and may be withdrawn for future use.
11. Safeguarding and emergencies
Beyond IQ maintains a respectful and psychologically safe learning environment and follows its current Beyond IQ and Limitless Safeguarding Policy. Parents and schools must provide relevant information reasonably needed for safe participation, emergency contacts and any agreed support. In an urgent situation, Beyond IQ may contact emergency services, the parent and/or school and take proportionate steps to protect a child. 12. Service availability and force majeure
Digital access may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control. We aim to restore it promptly but do not promise uninterrupted access. If illness or force majeure prevents an in-person session, we may provide a replacement, reschedule, offer appropriate independent work or move online. If a material part cannot be provided and no reasonable equivalent is offered, the affected fee is refunded or credited.
13. Liability and outcomes
Limitless does not guarantee grades, identification, admission, wellbeing or any particular academic or personal outcome. Liability for direct loss attributable to a proven breach is limited to the fees paid for the affected service or licence year, except where limitation is prohibited. Indirect and consequential business losses are excluded.
14. Complaints, law and changes
Complaints should be sent to info@beyond-iq.com with the agreement or invoice details. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. Beyond IQ is not affiliated with an external complaints board or alternative dispute-resolution body. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Beyond IQ’s district unless agreed otherwise. Schools will be notified where a change materially affects their licence or programme.
